PRICELESS DEFINITION FOR ME # 1. This was mine from January 16,2009 to December 2019.
This PRICELESS DEFINITION of MINE was fully supported by TWO CUPE National President's as in Paul Moist and Mark Hancock, with The CUPE Nationals Diane Jolly. It is also fully supported by top intelligence at UBC Human Resources as in UBC / HR'S Lindi Frost and Michael Vizsolyi. Also fully supported by TWO UBC Employee Psychiatrist's out of the University Department of Psychiatry as in UBC Employee Forensic Psychiatrist Dr. Elizabeth Zoffmann and UBC Employee Psychiatrist Dr. Alan Buchanan. Over and above this support Support comes support from TWO prominent members of The British Columbia College Of Surgeons. Also my own past Family Doctor Dr. Ronald De Marchi, who actually USED this against as in the HEREDITARY FACTOR against a family member in 2022.
A UBC Employee Forensic Psychiatrist Dr. Elizabeth Zoffmann on May 25,2001 attested in a sworn Affidavit dated August 31, 2009 that on the day of May 25,2001 that she performed a FORENSIC Psychiatric Medical/ Criminal Evaluation on ME. Within this sworn Affidavit she wrote that her UBC Employer did NOT PERMIT her to interview any of my Co Worker Witnesses. Dr. Elizabeth Zoffmann completed her assessment and forwarded to her client The CUPE National and UBC on June 12, 2001.
NOTE: The reason I BELIEVE that Dr.Elizabeth Zoffmann's main client was the CUPE National (Judy Darcy) was that UBC Hierarchy or UBC / HR were NOT witnessed on board until July 2008.
Here is some of the ERROR and PROOF that this was NOT written by a FORENSIC Psychiatric Medical EXPERT whose jurisdiction falls under both the Medical and Criminal Justice Systems.
ONE. My NAME is spelled wrong 4 times.
TWO. The Evaluation DATE is on a SUNDAY two months prior to The ACTUAL date.
THREE. There is 2006 information in the 2001 document. As in written in 2006 and NOT in 2001.
FOUR. There are two completely different formatted versions. This was legal proof of document tampering ... FORGERY . The First version issued by The CUPE National's Dianne Jolly on
FIVE. There was an ILLEGAL Assingment given by what had to have been The CUPE National President Judy Darcy to have ME Committed Under the Mental Health Act.
SIX. There is an empathetic APOLOGY by UBC Employee Forensic Psychiatrist Dr. Elizabeth Zoffmann for FAILING. Proof of BIAS and acceptance of an illegal assingment.
SEVEN. Which is UNBELIEVABLE. UBC Employee Forensic Psychiatric Medical EXPERT Dr.Elizabeth Zoffmann suspected ME with what could have been a Brain Anyerism, Cerebral Hemorrhage, Blood Clot, Cancerous Tumor or other killer if IMMEDIATE ACTION is not taken. She recommends a full Neurological Examination including a CT SCAN OF THE HEAD / BRAIN. This is what happens... UBC with CUPE National Hierarchy and Dr. Elizabeth Zoffmann HIDE and BLOCK 🚫 all Medical treatment from being carried out. Myself and family are NEVER to be informed of this. WHY? The logical answer is, they tried to END MY LIFE. I could not accept or BELIEVE that there was a colluded attempt to MURDER ME.
EIGHT. Three times it was documented that I was highly suspected to be in the possession of FIRE ARMS, it was REPEATED 3 TIMES to be found on ME by COLLATERAL MEANS. Again a document written in the latter half of 2006.
NINE. There was a line which read.. "That I DENY that OTHER PEOPLE CAN READ MY MIND". That was just not what a FORENSIC Psychiatric EXPERT would say.
TEN. The most important part of a Psychiatric Evaluation is the 5 AXIS POINT Differential Diagnosis with AXIS V being the MANDATORY GAF SCORE. The GAF SCORE required to monitor REGRESS and PROGRESS of the Mentally Ill. The GAF SCORE would be the VERY FIRST THING that a scrutinizing Psychiatric Medical EXPERT or Criminal Investigator would REVIEW. However AXIS 1V AND AXIS V did not exist in my FORGED Forensic Psychiatric Medical / Criminal Report.
