I truly BELIEVE that UBC / HR were and may still be permitting NON MEDICAL IMPOSTER'S as INTEROGATION EXPERT'S to USE the CREDENTIALS of UBC Employee Psychiatrist's to VIOLATE the PRIVACY of not only UBC Employee's but the PRIVACY of their ENTIRE FAMILY'S this in the performance of FRAUDULENT Psychiatric Evaluation's.

When the UBC Employee Legally requests to REVIEW what was documented, then UBC / HR writes up the Report and has the UBC Employee Forensic Psychiatrist complete an AFFADAVIT swearing to be the person who PERFORMED in my case a FORENSIC Psychiatric Medical Evaluation.  See AFFADAVIT CONFIRMING this below.

In my case it may have happened TWICE with ME. 

My alledged FORENSIC Psychiatric Medical / Criminal Evaluation on May 25,2001... was NOT Performed by UBC Employee Forensic Psychiatrist Dr.  Elizabeth Zoffmann 

My alledged Psychiatric Evaluation on June 04,2009. Alledgedly performed by UBC Employee Psychiatrist Dr.Alan Buchanan... I say alledgedly. Try finding PHOTO ID of UBC Employee Psychiatrist Dr.Alan Buchanan ONLINE... I assure you that you will NOT. 

As per my MAIN STORY in December 2019 there was a Story Changer, as in a TURNING POINT concerning PHOTO ID on Dr. Elizabeth Zoffmann. In December 2019 I found long searched for PHOTO ID of UBC Employee FORENSIC Psychiatrist Dr Elizabeth Zoffmann.  

In 2019 she looked way younger than she did on May 25,2001 the DATE of my alledged FORENSIC Psychiatric Medical / Criminal Evaluation.  Where allegedly there was an ILLEGAL ASSINGMENT given by what had to be the CUPE National President Judy Darcy to have ME Committed Under The Mental Health Act.

UNFORTUNATLY are poor choice of word, meaning sorry to say, regrettably, also identifies an ASSINGMENT, and BIAS. 

My BELIEF was that UBC / HR gave permission for the Danish NON MEDICAL President Judy Darcy of The CUPE NATIONAL to USE the FORENSIC CREDENTIALS of the Danish FORENSIC Psychiatrist Dr. Elizabeth Zoffmann. This in VIOLATION of not only my PRIVACY but the PRIVACY of my ENTIRE FAMILY. 

An ILLEGAL INTEROGATION in an attempt to put a Canadian Citizen into an ASYLUM would be a Crime Against Humanity.

Below was my PROOF that the British Columbia College Of Physicians and Surgeons LIED.

The MAIN PURPOSE of a Psychiatric Evaluation in the era of 2001 to beyond 2013 was to establish the GAF SCORE... IT MUST EXIST. Up until 2013 this was a MANDATORY REQUIREMENT for monitoring REGRESS and PROGRESS of a Mentally Ill Patient. More so on a FORENSIC Psychiatric Medical / Criminal Evaluation where the purpose was INSTITUTIONALIZING.  The type that I alledgedly underwent alledgedly performed by UBC Employee Forensic Psychiatrist Dr. Elizabeth Zoffmann on May 25,2001. 

The GAF SCORE would be the very first thing that a scrutinizing Psychiatrist or Criminal Investigator would REVIEW.

Why did The British Columbia College Of Physicians not Notice the missing MANDATORY GAF SCORE?

MY COPY I RECIEVED FROM LINDI FROST 3 MONTHS LATER... ALTHOUGH THE REPORT WAS SOMEWHAT FAVOURABLE... I BELIEVE TAMPERED WITH AS PER ABOVE FONTING.

WHAT GAF SCORE DID UBC FORENSIC PSYCHIATRIST DR. ELIZABETH ZOFFMANN PROVIDE, WAS NOW OF EXTREME INTEREST. 

UBC Dr. Elizabeth Zoffmann FAIL Twice on TWO differently formatted versions where by logic at least ONE version is a FORGERY.

A FORENSIC PSYCHIATRIC MEDICAL/CRIMINAL REPORT WHERE SANCTIONING WAS THE INTENT, AND THEN SUSPICION OFFIRE ARMS IS REPEATED OVER AND OVER. THIS HAS TO COME UNDER BOTH THE MEDICAL AND JUDICIAL SYSTEMS. THIS SHOULD BE REGARDED AS ONE OF THE MOST PRESTIGIOUS COURT REGULATED REPORTS IN THE LAND.  TAMPERING, EDITING OUT, ERROR, DUPLICATIONS NOT PERMITTED BY LAW.  WITH JUST THE DUPLICATION A VERY SERIOUS CRIMINAL ACT HAS BEEN COMMITTED.  USER'S EQUALLY AS GUILTY AS THE FORGER.

LINK. What is the PURPOSE of the GAF SCORE.

The GAF is based on a scale that was first used in 1962. It's been updated over time. In 2013, the manual that psychiatrists in the U.S. use to define and classify mental disorders dropped it in favor of a scale designed by the World Health Organization.

So it changed in 2013, however compulsory prior to 2013 as in 2001 and 2009 . The YEARS of my alleged FIRST and THIRD Psychiatric Evaluations by UBC Psychiatrists. 

The GAF SCORE would be the VERY FIRST THING a cross examining Medical OR Criminal Expert would REVIEW.  In layman's term's REQUIRED to MONITOR Regress and Progress of a Mentally Ill Patient or Patient / Criminal.

In my case where it became clear I was documented as verging on Criminally Insane and a thought threat to Society.  The GAF SCORE had to EXIST as BELOW 20.  However it DID NOT EXIST. 

ALL MEDICAL FOLKS WHO SUPPORTED FORGERY HAD TO BE AWARE OF THE MISSING AXIS 1V AND AXIS V WHICH WAS THE GAF SCORE. 

IN LATE 2009 THE INCOMPLETE DIFFERENTIAL DIAGNOSIS WITH THE OMISSION OF THE GAF WOULD BECOME MY MEDICAL PROOF OF FORGERY.

ON JULY 11, 2008 THE CUPE NATIONAL'S DIANNE JOLLY ISSUED A SECOND QUITE DIFFERENTLY FORMATTED VERSION OF DR.ELIZABETH ZOFFMANN'S FORENSIC PSYCHIATRIC MEDICAL / CRIMINAL REPORT ON ME.  TBC.

This is UBC Dr. Elizabeth Zoffmann's SWORN   AFFADAVIT confirming that the UBC Freedom Of Information Coordinator Christina Ulveteg had issued her TRUE LEGAL and OFFICIAL Full Blown FORENSIC Psychiatric Medical/ Criminal Report  on ME. 

OPIC File No. F08 34272 Dated August 31, 2009. Which is UBC Forensic Psychiatrist Dr. Elizabeth Zoffmann's SWORN AFFADAVIT confirming she first heard of this Shortly before May 18, 2001... 

I knew about it Mid April 2001, actually April 10th 2001 I had a letter . She terms the Evaluation as a Risk Assessment and NOT a FORENSIC Psychiatric Medical/ Criminal Evaluation which she actually dates she performed on March 25, 2001 which was a SUNDAY on a guy named John Steward who she mentions way more than ME. These inaccuracies have to be noted as NOT Forensic.
