What I was looking at in December 2019 on top of FORGERY was IDENITITY THEFT... I will get to this later. However this IDENTITY THEFT is REASON WHY The College Of Physicians and Surgeons LIED and threw myself and family under the bus. | On May 25,2001 I underwent what I BELIEVED was an Anger Management Consultation. The lady on May 25, 2001 was supposedly UBC Dr. Elizabeth Zoffmann was aged in 2001 I believed in her 60s. Graying hair, fairly heavy make-up and overly Sharply Dressed in a grey suit. In December 2019 I found a long searched for PHOTO ID of UBC Dr. Elizabeth Zoffmann who in December 2019 looked in her early 50s. In late 2019 she should have been in her mid to late 70s ... My BELIEF is that it was The CUPE National President Judy Darcy that PERFORMED this May 25, 2001 Evaluation what became documented as a FORENSIC Psychiatric Medical / Criminal Record. This would be IDENTITY FRAUD with a NON Medical CUPE National President VIOLATING myself a my families privacy. |
